First of all , I thought that the director didn't do everything just
because the patient wanted to have surgery.
The patient in front of me wanted nose surgery, but was it filler or multiple surgeries that made the skin too thin?
The patient wanted surgery, but the director responded by telling him not to do it.
That gave me a sense of trust that he wasn't the type of person who would do such a risky surgery that he knew it wouldn't work.
