I had a very mental breakdown while looking into the hospital, but now I have recovered to some extent.
After accepting the reality, I became calmer.
It wasn't as big a deal as I thought. They said I could just have surgery. I think I was very discouraged.
I've been to
three hospitals
- Glam, UBA, and MD. I'll go there and share what I heard with my heart! Please read this for reference.
Glam
- The director personally sees everything from ultrasound examination to consultation and surgery progress. It's a private hospital with a single director, and he specializes in breast surgery, so he does ultrasound himself.
-After looking at the ultrasound, the director said it was a contracture. Whether it is reoperation or removal, the capsule must be removed. Consultation by explaining which part of the capsule visible on ultrasound is the implant and which part is the capsule. (If left untreated, the membrane holding the implant tightly could have caused it to rupture.) Afterwards, he said it was his choice whether to have the surgery again or have it removed.
-When surgery is performed, only the patient can view the CCTV and the full video is shown in its original form.
-There seem to be many patients who come to the hospital for consultation. Some old patients? Everyone has good expressions. I'm the only one who is ashen haha.....
-If you have a reoperation, they provide follow-up care for one year and if you want, they provide it again for free. It seems almost unlimited. Bob is available when necessary (progress report)

- The director's consultation style is not a friendly one. According to mbti, it's istj style (sorry for overindulgence). If you want to receive comfort from reoperation, don't expect it. I'm just thinking about what kind of surgery will save my failing breasts...

- There are three breast surgeons. The representative director specializes in reoperation, there is a breast specialist who does breast examinations, and the other deputy director is removed? I heard it was a specialty
- so I received the ultrasound from another director and had a separate consultation with the representative director. Here too, it is said that I am building it. The film needs to be removed.
-But I saw the representative director because of the reason I had reoperation in the first place... The consultation here only talks about reoperation.
-In case of reoperation, follow-up care is free and additional care is provided if necessary, but it is not unlimited. What's unusual is that there's no bob at all.
-I got the shape in advance with a bottom trimmer... I heard there's no need for a bob and I'm wearing a bandage instead, but I'm not sure. Is it possible to get the shape without a bob? There seems to be differing opinions on this. Among patients

- Follow-up care This place said they would provide care for 12 weeks, but the schedule seemed tighter than other hospitals. Instead, they only looked at the progress every time. No, they only receive care in the meantime
- as, if side effects occur within one year, anesthesia and surgical expenses are incurred, and after two years, 50% of the surgery fee is charged. It is necessary to wear a corrective bra.

-The counseling style seems to be a bit more detailed than above, but the director is relatively friendly and friendly. But all this aside, I didn't have a special impression about this place. First of all, it was too crowded (there were a lot of people) and the desk staff responded mechanically. Feels like a factory? Rather than thinking that it was a friendly hospital, I thought it was very hectic and busy.
