First of all, he emphasizes that he doesn't cut that much bone. There was a doctor who said that the nerve line is very good, so 1.5 cm can be easily done, but is this something that can be done well by shaving just a little bit rather than shaving a lot of bone?
Looking at the review photos, does it look like a luxurious doll line? I thought about whether the doll line would suit me, but I had a strong feeling that it would be really pretty if possible.

I don’t even believe the doctors who say it doesn’t exist at all. Plastic surgeons are not gods. I think we should be able to minimize the anxiety of patients while leaving open the possibility of side effects, and it seems to have been a good fit in that regard.
Cheekbone surgery is performed through sideburn incisions, and
V osteotomy/long curve/zygoma double fixation - there are 6 unique places. Only here did they not recommend cortical osteotomy to me. You said you can see the results without having to do it, but is the director not usually good at cortical osteotomy? In some ways, it must be really talented, right?
Regarding
the tip of the chin, there was a similar overall opinion not only here but also in many other places.
Since the length is appropriate, the width of the chin tip was reduced to prevent a U-line that may occur during the square jaw surgery, but without a chin. Since it was a bit small, they said they would move it forward as needed during the surgery.

Outline: The director is really like a professor. He's really calm. I talk to the director first before going in and see the director. I told the director that there was a lack of consultation with doctors among the hospitals before. It was just that the overall flow suited me a lot. I felt pride in the surgical method and skills throughout the conversation. Nevertheless, I really liked the atmosphere of communication rather than the feeling of being overbearing or authoritative.
One thing that was disappointing was that in the case of cheekbones, only the front of the cheekbone is fixed instead of double fixation.
Just with a single fixation. He is so confident that he performs single fixation if the patients don't say anything.
The director's position is that there are unnecessary side effects in going all the way to the back to do double fixation.. (I heard this, but I forgot) haha.
While studying cheekbone surgery alone, it is better to focus on the individual doctor's decision rather than the fixation/non-fixation process itself. I knew that skill differences have a greater impact on nonunion, but when I said I was anxious, I told myself not to worry and said they would double fixate it. Haha Even in the explanations about the screws and plates, I felt that they were very considerate of the patients.
Director: The follow-up care is also good, and the director himself. I didn't feel like I was crazy about money (in fact, when I met someone who was showing off too much in other places, I fell out of love with them), but it was good. Cases such as reoperation in case of side effects were clearly mentioned.
Feature: This is a maxillofacial specialty hospital! The hospital itself is not big, and is the smallest of the three I wrote about here.
Here too, the person who had the surgery here was quite satisfied, and since there was an oral and maxillofacial specialist and a plastic specialist, I had more trust. I put safety first haha. As soon
as I entered the hospital, the atmosphere was very calm and it didn't have a commercial feel.
