I've never had Botox before, but I really needed to get it done on my nose, so I went to several places for consultations. Some said I could do it as high as I wanted, but some said that if I went higher, the silicone would all show through because my skin is thin. They told me to skip it, rather conservatively, when they said it was possible to get it high. I like conservative better, but I'm scared so I'm going to look around more.
