First of all, my nose is flat and blunt with a flat tip, and the nose line I want is a straight line!
I've been to four places since the end of September and there are two more left, but
they are all booked up, so I'll write about the places I visited first
.
1.
No consultation fee. Got a CT scan. They
took three pictures of my face: front, side, and front when I lifted my head, and they pointed out my uneven nostrils, which I didn't know about. I have facial asymmetry, and my nostrils were also uneven... I was shocked ㅋㅋㅋㅋ So they explained to me in detail and in detail where my asymmetry was while looking at the pictures and my face. Of all the places I've been to, they pointed out my asymmetry the most specifically, which was nice.
However, since I went to the hospital at first without knowing anything, I couldn't ask for sure what I wanted, so I regret itㅜ Since I couldn't ask specific questions, the director answered confidently as if she was saying, 'I'll help you know everything~'. Does the tip of your nose spread out as time passes after the surgery? Does it go down? I asked about it and they said that if you set up the support well and have surgery, it won't go down.
But isn't it inevitable that the tip of the nose will droop after surgery? I'm a little suspicious of this part.
The director, the staff, and everyone is kind and doesn't force you to make a reservation. They told me to look around other hospitals and think about it comfortably. They showed me the CCTV installation area and told me not to worry about the shadow doctor. The discount amount for the review event was the smallest, which I liked. They said they'd cover functional problems for life. But when I think about it, if there are side effects, they usually do a second surgery at another hospital, so I wonder if it's really that meaningful. But at least they won't ignore me if there are side effects.

Consultation fee 10,000 won. CT scan.
Front and side photos of the face. Of all the places I've been to for consultation, this is the place where the director explained things in the most detail and meticulous way. They use custom silicone. They seem to place a lot of importance on safety and they seem to do very meticulous surgeries. But you didn't say anything about the asymmetry, so I was like, "Huh?" When I asked, you told me. When I talked about the spread of the nose tip after the surgery, you and the director had the same opinion. (I wonder what the truth is)
The staff also said that they got their noses done by the director, but the staff member's nose was pretty, so I was a bit hesitant..ㅋ You said that you would do the surgery to match the desired shape as much as possible, and you would show a picture of the nose the patient wants and have the surgery. It was nice that the director was right next to me during the consultation. Because he would know the details of the consultation.
This is the place that gives the most discounts if you make a reservation and leave a review. However, the director would say, "If you do this and that, I'll give you this much and this much discount," and try to discourage me from making a reservation... When I was worried, I said, "Our director is good... he's really good... he's real..." <- That's what he kept saying.

3. ㅇㅌ - ㅈㅇㅈ
No consultation fee. No CT scan.
Frontal and side facial photos. First use because they said they didn’t take a CT scan. When I asked during the consultation, they said there was no need to get a CT scan for the first surgery. They consulted while touching my nose and gave me detailed advice. When I brought up custom prosthetics, they said there was no need to use them. (Reason: There are over 1,000 types of general prosthetics, and they can be cut to fit the patient’s nose. And they told me that there is a research result that there is no significant difference in safety between custom prosthetics and general prosthetics.)
It seems that the patient has a firm preference for his or her nose style and seems to be pursuing something flashy. The patient said that the tip of the nose should be raised a lot and suggested that we use donated ribs. Second use here. This is the only place I went for consultation that recommended ribs. If I want to use my own ribs, I can. They also explained the difference in the shape of the tip of the nose when using autologous ribs/donated ribs. However, since I prefer a natural 7-3 gorgeous nose, I was worried that it would be too fancy.. This part didn't seem to fit me. Of course, they said that they would accommodate my needs if I wanted it. When explaining the angle of the nose, they compared it to other celebrities' nose angles, which made it easier to understand and learn in detail.
The director and the head of the department were kind, but the staff at the desk were just so-so. They weren't unfriendly, but they looked a little tired?

Consultation fee 10,000 won. CT scan taken.
No face pictures taken. Reason: I got a CT scan, and it was set up so that I could see my face in 3D..!!! So I didn't have to take pictures, and they proceeded with the consultation while turning the 3D model here and there. I liked that I could see this part more accurately than in pictures. I liked that they made a 3D model of what I would look like after the surgery once it was confirmed. They said that I didn't need to go to another hospital to get it done. While other hospitals said they would make it look as similar as possible to the photo I brought, here they recommended a nose that fits my face. They value facial harmony. When I showed them a photo of the straight line I wanted, they said that if I made it straight, my face would look more asymmetrical and that they wouldn't do it that way. This increased my trust level.
Since you are using custom prosthetics, other hospitals say that it is not necessary..! When I asked, they said that they can use silicone that fits the patient's nose perfectly, so there is no reason not to use it. What I felt during the consultation was that they really value safety. I liked that
they do not recommend things that are not recommended and do not do things that are not necessary, rather than saying that everything is possible. Oh, and during the consultation, they showed me pictures of the surgery and explained it, so ordinary people who do not have a tolerance for disgusting things should keep this in mind before going. I am good at cruel things, so it was okay.
