Hello everyone,
as I wrote in the title, I got Men's 410cc 5 years ago, and
the size was too big, so I had a hard time getting the shape of the upper convex back in the beginning, but
I didn't have any pain, but
recently, during my menstrual cycle, I started to feel more and more sore in my breasts, so
I suspected contractures during breast examination. This is a case where I received an opinion and went to a hospital specializing in breast cancer.
I had a very mental breakdown while looking into the hospital, but now I have recovered to some extent.
After accepting the reality, I became calmer.
It wasn't as big a deal as I thought. They said I could just have surgery. I think I was very discouraged.
I've been to
three hospitals
- Glam, UBA, and MD. I'll go there and share what I heard with my heart! Please read this for reference.
Glam
- The director personally sees everything from ultrasound examination to consultation and surgery progress. It's a private hospital with a single director, and he specializes in breast surgery, so he does ultrasound himself.
-After looking at the ultrasound, the director said it was a contracture. Whether it is reoperation or removal, the capsule must be removed. Consultation by explaining which part of the capsule visible on ultrasound is the implant and which part is the capsule. (If left untreated, the membrane holding the implant tightly could have caused it to rupture.) Afterwards, he said it was his choice whether to have the surgery again or have it removed.
-When surgery is performed, only the patient can view the CCTV and the full video is shown in its original form.
-There seem to be many patients who come to the hospital for consultation. Some old patients? Everyone has good expressions. I'm the only one who is ashen haha.....
-If you have a reoperation, they provide follow-up care for one year and if you want, they provide it again for free. It seems almost unlimited. Bob is available when necessary (progress report)
-as is free once in a lifetime. In case of side effects, you will not be charged for implants or anesthesia fees. free.
-Free ultrasound examination in the first year after surgery. (After that, I asked if I wanted to have a checkup and pay for it. I was told that I could do that and cover the actual cost! They said they would take care of the documentation. It seems possible because it is a breast surgery)
- The director's consultation style is not a friendly one. According to mbti, it's istj style (sorry for overindulgence). If you want to receive comfort from reoperation, don't expect it. I'm just thinking about what kind of surgery will save my failing breasts...
-But the operating room is clean. Clean surgical system. They say it's an operating room with filters on the ceiling and made of something special, but I don't remember exactly. Anyway, I was very proud.
-The director's style is very affectionate and loving, and he takes good care of the patients. I only listen to the actual diagnosis and surgery method from the director, and I feel like I handled my personal complaints and complaints with this director... Very bitter. I almost cried a little because you were so kind.... The manager is the warmest person in the world. I can't believe this person has been with this director for over 10 years. It's just amazing.
MD
- There are three breast surgeons. The representative director specializes in reoperation, there is a breast specialist who does breast examinations, and the other deputy director is removed? I heard it was a specialty
- so I received the ultrasound from another director and had a separate consultation with the representative director. Here too, it is said that I am building it. The film needs to be removed.
-But I saw the representative director because of the reason I had reoperation in the first place... The consultation here only talks about reoperation.
-In case of reoperation, follow-up care is free and additional care is provided if necessary, but it is not unlimited. What's unusual is that there's no bob at all.
-I got the shape in advance with a bottom trimmer... I heard there's no need for a bob and I'm wearing a bandage instead, but I'm not sure. Is it possible to get the shape without a bob? There seems to be differing opinions on this. Among patients
- here too, once-in-a-lifetime coverage.
-Free breast examination is available within one year after surgery. But the director who takes care of the check-up seems to take care of it? The surgeon does not look at it -
the CCTV footage is not made public at all and is briefly filmed and shown on an iPad
- The consultation style of the director is a bit tsundere style. He tried to explain everything, but the pronunciation was incorrect, so I couldn't understand it properly. However, if I asked a question, he accepted it and spoke sincerely.
-I remember the manager calmly and calmly explaining things and being a very beautiful woman. But she seemed a bit busy and there was a long wait in the consultation room. Instead, during the consultation, he explained things well and in an easy-to-understand manner. He
was the only director at
UBA
, but he collaborated with breast surgery. -There were a lot of people saying that it was difficult to see an ultrasound here in the first place, so I brought a CD with me. The director looked at the CD, read it, and said that it was a contracture (probably because there might be a long wait to see it in person here, it would be better to call in advance and say he would like to see the ultrasound as well) and said that the capsule should be removed. Similar explanation to the previous two hospitals
- Reoperation and Removal I said I hadn't made up my mind yet, so they explained both to me and spoke to me in the most friendly way out of all the directors...
- Follow-up care This place said they would provide care for 12 weeks, but the schedule seemed tighter than other hospitals. Instead, they only looked at the progress every time. No, they only receive care in the meantime
- as, if side effects occur within one year, anesthesia and surgical expenses are incurred, and after two years, 50% of the surgery fee is charged. It is necessary to wear a corrective bra.
-CCTV can be viewed in real time upon request.
-The counseling style seems to be a bit more detailed than above, but the director is relatively friendly and friendly. But all this aside, I didn't have a special impression about this place. First of all, it was too crowded (there were a lot of people) and the desk staff responded mechanically. Feels like a factory? Rather than thinking that it was a friendly hospital, I thought it was very hectic and busy.
-The manager was just like that. Neither kind nor unkind. Appropriate explanation and appropriate response.
-I heard a lot of people go here for reoperations, but why? A place where I wondered for a moment.
If you leave a comment about the cost, I'll share it with you! It's a bit of a red flag since it was opened, so I haven't decided yet. I don't know whether to reapply or get rid of it... I'm still contemplating it.
I tried my best to write as little as possible, but there may be things I left out. If I remember later, I'll secretly add it haha.
Thank you for reading. Good luck everyone..!!
