I did arms->abdominal rams and it was very well maintained, so I also did thighs this time, but the line change was definitely a little late, right?
When I asked about it, I was told that the inner thigh muscles are not particularly well used, and
since I am an office worker who sits a lot, the lines change slowly, but the satisfaction level is still the highest!!
In fact, it is true that when you wear leggings or jeans, the fit and size have definitely improved, but if you take regular aftercare, you will look prettier, right?
My arms and abdomen have lost and are maintaining their shape beautifully, so
