It's been 3 weeks since I received Facial Rams,
I went to the hospital for follow-up care, and also received intramuscular injections called POTOX, which makes me look slimmer!
The aftercare felt like lying down and being exposed to warm light, and when I got the petox, I felt stiff for a moment.
I was really satisfied with the natural slimming I was getting, and the hospital was friendly, so it was nice to go for after-care.
While I was getting facial after-care, I also received extracorporeal shock waves for my abdomen, and when I compared the before and after photos, I noticed a difference.
The photo on the left was taken before treatment, and the photo on the right was taken immediately after the third treatment (body weight remains unchanged).
The therapist thoroughly rubs the entire stomach, asks about areas of concern, and provides intensive care at the end.
It's about 30 minutes, but I think it's a good time since it's a bit painful. (The intensity is adjustable and it’s bearable haha)

I think it would be better for people who do abdominal breathing or exercise to receive extracorporeal shock waves rather than doing nothing and receiving extracorporeal shock waves.
Still, I’m really satisfied because it worked!! Since I can see that I'm losing weight, I've started dieting even harder.
