I went with only one goal of three-dimensional effect in the mid-face area, so I wanted to be guided in a direction that would look best on me rather than a specific shape.
The explanation of the direction and principle of the surgery is detailed, but the explanation of how the shape is obtained is a bit lacking.
(For example, you can only increase the amount of fat that increases when you pull the nose as much as possible. Rhinoplasty is similar to a swing, so the more you pull it forward, the higher the risk of lifting it, etc.) This may be a bit burdensome for me, who has first-time surgery and thin skin, such as osteotomy and donor ribs
. Diagnosed with.
But on the other hand, I wondered if he was confident in the boldness of not thinking about reoperation.
* Here, the donor rib is ground into powder, mixed with special paste(?), shaped into a silicone shape, and inserted. <- So they say it can be used to raise the bridge of the nose.

Without taking pictures of the consultation
, I received a general consultation from the plastic surgeon and then went to the doctor's consultation.
It was nice that the consultation was done by looking at my face in person without taking pictures.
Continue to touch the nose with your hands and check the texture and thickness of the skin.
It is said that the skin is thin, so if it is raised too much, it may be visible.
Since I couldn't raise it much, I suggested using silicone.
When I asked if I could use the donor rib, I was told that the finished product of the donor rib was used as is (without any processing such as grinding and shaping it) so it could only be used on the tip of the nose.
At the previous hospital consultation, they said I needed an osteotomy, but they didn't say anything, so I thought it was a too conservative(?) diagnosis, so I asked if an osteotomy was necessary. They said it would be better not to have an osteotomy when looking at the whole face, and I got the feeling that they were taking care of the overall harmony.
But here too, the explanation about the shape of the half-beoseon, etc. was a bit disappointing.>
