But the quote was more expensive than I thought, so I didn’t make a reservation!

I think it's because the director told me to lower my expectations. To be honest, it's a bit more expensive compared to hospitals or large hospitals that hold events, but since the director personally looks after things like follow-up care and progress, I don't feel like it's a waste.
