I went to a consultation for revision nose surgery.
I like a natural nose (I don't like flashy noses).
Currently, the nose has been removed due to inflammation of the nose.
The inner breasts are slightly contracted. The skin is not stretched. I went in to the columella. When viewed from the side, my nose looks cut. This is the most stressful thing, so I want to improve the angle of the nasolabial fold. I
went in for fillers on the bridge of my nose. The situation
ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ (Director ㅇㅇㅇ)
has been famous for a long time, so I had to go for consultation. The place
has a dark atmosphere.
The staff seem cynical.
Director ㅇㅇㅇ was known for being cynical and blunt, but I felt like he was a bit firm in his words, so the
consultation started with the staff member taking a picture of
me wearing a headband. He touched my nose here and there and asked me what I wanted to do with my nose. I told him
the direction I wanted, and
he touched my nose and looked at the inside. He looked at the picture and told me in detail about the condition of my nose.
It seemed like the capsule was not removed properly in the previous surgery, so it was unclear whether the skin on the tip of my nose
would stretch. He did not recommend surgery on the bridge of my nose and told me to only have surgery on the tip of my nose and just get meltable filler for the bridge of my nose.
But first. He said that everything that is in it now has to be dissolved.. ㅜㅋ
He told me to melt it and get nose bridge filler about 6 months after the nose tip surgery. He said
that the columella part can be brought down, but if it is a collapsed columella,
there is a limit to how much it can be taken down, so he said he had to try it to find out
how much the skin stretches by lowering the tip of the nose. He said it could change depending on that..
He asked if the original columella was lifted, and I told him it wasn't and that it was a collapsed columella. He said it would be possible for it to come down, but the columella may fall out less... He didn't say anything to assure me that he could do whatever he wanted, but it did depend on the skin tension. I was disappointed because he said it would vary depending on the situation ㅡㅜ And he showed me before and after pictures. He showed me a few cases like mine that were successful, and while
drawing pictures, he explained diligently about implants and skin build-up and inflammation. He said no because the bridge of the nose could become inflamed due to silicone inflammation, so it was self-sufficient. He also explained everything about dermis and donated dermis. I nodded and listened intently, and he explained it passionately.
The director talked about cost-related follow-up care, and I think he said the ASE period was 1 year... I don't remember because I didn't write it down. Haha, and the amount. . It was as good as I thought, so I felt it was suitable for a reoperation ((maybe it was so bad elsewhere that I felt it was okay), but I was not sure about the nasolabial angle of the columella, so I passed. But I think it's right to have the capsule removed. You're really good at removing it. It was the same. He looked confident.
There are no reviews of
the ㄱㅇㅈ Plastic Surgery Clinic (Director ㄱㅇㅈ),
so this place is also well-known. It's an old building with a strange interior. It's like a tarot house..
But when I looked at the blog, I saw that the director also brought camping chairs, which he likes. Haha, I like that kind of atmosphere. It seemed
like they were pursuing a natural nose shape and
didn't use silicone often
. I went in for a consultation right away without any waiting time.
My first impression was that the doctor was a professor. He
studied and thought a lot. It felt like it was
overall different from other hospitals. It didn't feel clean, but it was so unique that I remembered it a lot.
As soon as the director saw me, he made a nose shape with a cotton swab, and the staff took a picture
of my profile with my camera . The tip of my nose didn't stretch out, so the shape in the picture was odd as a result.
And then I consulted.
My nose is currently short and I have a cute and youthful image. He asked me if I really needed to lower my nose and make it longer.. He told me to think about it carefully and that that image would change and that I would mature and grow older.. He
also showed me a few before and after pictures of my nose and I liked them all.
They made my nasolabial fold look pretty. It seemed like he was touching it well,
and it seemed like he was doing it more naturally with a semi-beoseon nose rather than a
straight nose . But
in the end, I was wondering if I really needed surgery. A woman's nose has a slightly visible nostril hole, so it's a pretty nose. Right now, my nose doesn't lift much, and the columella is in, but it's not bad. From the patient's point of view, he kept telling me to think carefully about wasting money and time, etc.
My current image is not bad haha. He held
my nose down and showed it to my family and asked them to think about it and ask them to think about it, but did not tell me about the surgery method and told me to talk to the staff right away, so I was shocked haha.
I knew that he was sending it back well, so I asked the staff if he ate it, but it wasn't.. He
showed me something that said 1. Let's just live with it 2. If you really want. He asked me to think about it carefully and contact him again when I make up my mind. He said I have to consult again before the surgery anyway.
The price was the most reasonable among the places I went to.
The only thing I'm worried about is that the tip of my nose has some fat on the inside, so it won't stretch, but they didn't specifically mention that. Since you didn't do it and didn't say what you would do, I'm a bit curious as to whether my nose can be extended with just soft ear cartilage... I'm
planning to go for another consultation. If you don't tell me then, I plan to ask and tell you first how you'll do the surgery. It's
a bit shocking that you're sending it back. Next, I remembered it
, and it wasn't that I couldn't do it, but I was told that I would do it if
I could, so I decided to go for another consultation to see if I could improve only the part that I naturally had a complex with
. ㅜㅜㅎㅎ
I think it would be a good idea for people who want a natural nose to go to a consultation.
The before and after photos showed a very natural nose with beautiful nasolabial folds
. The nose is now on 9/2 and there is only one
place left. It seems like there are almost all places to get a natural nose.
Is there another place I should go..?
After going to 7 places, I think I know roughly what kind of nose I have.
Since I did a lot of digging, each director's opinions are similar and different, but
it's good to have clear common areas and get to know my nose better...! ㅠ
I hope this review will be of some help to the performers.
