pointed out exactly what worked and what didn't, and
created the expected image with

Photoshop in the direction of being reasonably pretty while pursuing nature. He
also showed me a blog post and
was kind. As a review, I withheld the image because it wasn't in the direction I wanted, but
that wasn't the case. I think I would have made a reservation, but
the director was also kind.
They said I pursue a natural look more than I thought.
The no-implant type is okay, but the silicone-filled nose looks puffy.
Also, they said that since my face is asymmetrical, if I put silicone in, my nostrils might be slightly crooked, but I was worried about that too, so I didn't do it.
