First of all, the first thing that annoyed me before I went was that I made a reservation for a consultation on the website, but it was initially scheduled for 12 o'clock, but then changed to 4 o'clock? But at first, I received a text message saying that the reservation was made for 12 o'clock, but the change was that I didn't receive a text message. So I called to see if the change had been made and they said they don't normally send text messages;; Then what was the message I received in the first place? If you don't text me for a reservation, how do you know if it's made or not? It was so outrageous.. And I even left a message saying I would change my reservation to 4:30, but the reservation was changed to 4:00..?^^^^First upset;;
And on the day of the consultation, I thought I would be a little late, so I called to tell them that I didn't have a reservation..? The second upset... he… The question itself... how many times did you search? He tried it and said, “Oh, I can come and come.” But before I went, I didn't have much confidence because it seemed so disorganized. I made a reservation for a consultation at another hospital, but since I left a reservation for a consultation on another den's website, they called me and asked in advance about my previous treatment experience, the director I wanted, the treatment I wanted, etc..? But here;;; I didn't make a proper consultation appointment;;
Anyway, I went to the consultation, but after sitting and waiting for over 20 minutes, I was so upset that I was about to get off my ass and wonder if I should just get the surgery or not, and then they called me... haha. I consulted with the head of the counseling department first, and he was kind. I did it! I explained the surgical method for the surgery (nose beam) I was going to do, and explained that the bone on the bridge of my nose was wide, so an osteotomy would make me look thinner, but it didn't seem necessary, and that I didn't think I needed to lower my nostrils because I couldn't see much of my nostrils, etc. Since I didn't want to get implants and just wanted my nose to look thinner, he didn't recommend anything in particular and just talked about the nose beam! Anyway, the counseling director is not a doctor, so I talked about it briefly and then the director came for a consultation, but before the director came, the director said that the director would recommend putting in Mega Derm if possible. So, of course you came? They talk about putting in 4mm nose beam + Megaderm and show me what the shape of my nose will be like, but it seems like a very long time... Doesn't he seem like a person who speaks quickly and informally? But I didn't come here to meet anyone, so as long as you have good skills... let me write down a few things I asked the director.
1. Is Megaderm absorbed? 10-30% varies from person to person. If you put in 4mm, there will be about 3mm left.
2. Can Megaderm be removed later? Of course it is possible. (I read that this was difficult in other articles, but the director said that it is of course possible, so there is no way to know.)
3. I have thin skin, but doesn’t Megaderm show through? In that case, a little further inside the nose? Under the skin? Just put it in. But that doesn't happen very often.
4. Should I dissolve the filler and then perform the procedure? The remaining filler is between the eyebrows, and from what I can see, there appears to be no filler remaining at the tip of the nose, so there is no need to dissolve it. In any case, the treatment is performed only on the tip of the nose. If filler comes out of the hole during the procedure, it can be removed while performing the procedure.
5. Will your nose look or be lifted after surgery? It won't be tied tightly like it's pinched, and my nose looks lifted, but my nose isn't like that.

And is it nose beam + megaderm and nose wing reduction surgery? They told me to get that too, but actually, I wasn't interested. My nostrils don't look that way, so they didn't really recommend lowering the nostrils.
And the long-awaited price! Based on nose beam + Megaderm, if only a photo of the nose was provided, it was 180, if a photo of the nose + mouth was provided, it was 160, and if the face was revealed but only the eyes (silhouette) were provided, it was 140!
Oh, and local anesthesia is also available. If you want to get sedative anesthesia, you can do it. It was originally 100,000 won, but they did it as a service! There is no recovery period or disinfection required, and the surgery is completed in 15 minutes, so there is no need to come back, and I can come back to see the progress in about a month. There is no splint and the tape can be removed by yourself after 3 days. So, it seems like it would be perfect for direct dating, but I think I need to do a little more research and think about it. There aren't a ton of reviews like regular nose surgery,,
Incidentally, I have a friend who just had his nose cartilage tied open at another place. He said that because his skin was thick, nothing really changed and he only got a scar. I actually saw it, but there really wasn't anything changed... So, if you are planning to have your nose cartilage tied, be sure to check your skin thickness and get a consultation!
