The manager was friendly. There was no pressure to make a reservation. He didn't even pretend to be the director and talk. It was just a re-delivery method.
Director Lee's explanation is a friendly style, but the impact is a little less. So far, it's ㄹㅂㄹ > ㅍㄹㅇㅂ.
