The surgery is done with an incision and general anesthesia, and they say that the septum can be corrected using ear or costal cartilage.
I knew that they remove septal cartilage when straightening the septum, but
when they do septal deviation surgery, how much cartilage is removed and then the septum is reinforced
with the remaining septal cartilage, ear, or costal cartilage
