What is the reason for the director changing hospitals frequently?

The director said they brought him here because he was very talented and popular, but looking at his reviews, it seems like he moved hospitals three or four times, about once a year.
I'm on the younger side, so can I trust it?
Well, I'm not a plastic surgeon, but speaking from personal experience working at a hospital, I don't think I've seen people who are young and often move around very good at surgery.

같은 의사인데 수술후기 올라온 병원이름이 매년 달라.
병삼이에서 찾아보니 이전 근무 병원에 아직도 의사로 이름이 올라가있는 곳도 있네.

일단 회사에서도 잦은 직원이 있던 사람은 납득할 이유가 있는 거 아닌이상 썩...
