I have been suffering from rhinitis for a long time due to a fairly severe septum deviation, so I found out about this hospital while selling functional nose products.
I made an appointment for a consultation after seeing an article written by a blogger.
Perhaps because there was a lot of fine dust these days, the lobby was crowded with regular patients and the atmosphere was quite hectic.
The atmosphere was very different from the review written by the blogger. On the blog , it was written as if
the doctor was paying close attention to each patient by calling them by name
, but it wasn't that kind of atmosphere at all. The consultation wasn't very good either. I felt like the patient's needs were not listened to and my own opinions were strong.
The manager wasn't very good either. They say they give Botox for free, but the consulting manager doesn't even know which company Botox is from;;;;;;
It's meant to be placed on the face, but I didn't understand why the director didn't even know where his Botox was during the consultation.
Since it's a service, are you just asking me to get it right? ?
(I wonder if there were no patients asking about this... It's really frustrating for both the patient and the hospital...)

Anyway, upon confirmation, it was domestically produced Botox.
When I asked about the refund of the reservation deposit, I was told
that it can only be returned at least 2-3 weeks in advance.....;;
It was a bit strange, so I asked again and was told that it was possible up to 2 weeks ago.
Then, when I made the payment, they came back and said I could do it up to a week ago.
Well... after going there in person, there are more than just one or two things that were stuffy...;;;;;;;;
Anyway, I felt like it was a hospital with a strong marketability, so I decided to just skip this place.
If I didn't have to get nose surgery, I wouldn't have done it... I concluded that it's better not to have it done in an unpleasant hospital.
Of course, there are limits to what you can do...you have to go there to find out.
