This is a review that I wrote one by one after trying to write it all at once.

Low and lifted nose

It is necessary to improve the upturned nose when raising it.

1. Hospital: ㅁㅌ (ㅇㅎㅅ)
-Quiet and not many people.
-It has a neat white interior and is narrow inside.
-Wait 30 minutes from my appointment time to start consultation
-Staff are friendly and not too flashy.
2. Consultation Process: Charting -> Take a photo -> Consultation with the manager (part, concerns) -> Consultation with the director (approximately 30 minutes) -> Consultation with the manager (cost)
2-1. Counseling from the manager: Where do you want to improve and when do you want to have surgery?
2-2. Director’s consultation
-First impression: Dumbledore is hoarse.
-Personality: Resolute, realistic (photo < my face)
2-3. Diagnosis and Surgery
1) Short nose/snub nose
-The slightly lifted shape suits my face again;
-However, if you raise it as high as it is, it will result in a much worse snub nose. To maintain the line now, lowering the tip of the nose is essential. Most important!
-No septal lengthening surgery
2) Low nose bridge
-Silicone 3.5mm
-The skin on the bridge of the nose is thin, so the higher it gets, the more it will show through.
-He put up several types of silicone and told me to choose which one I liked best. Three shapes were given: a slightly curved shape, a less curved shape, and a shape closer to a straight line.
-When I tried to take out the photo, he said it was meaningless because the forehead, cheekbones, and mouth were all different faces... (admitted) The appearance of my face was more important (admitted)
-I can't feel it when I put silicone on it??? Since I'm doing this, I recommend a slightly curved shape.
-You did not use terms such as sleeping and directing. I also think that term is too subjective.
3) Hard nose tip
-"Is it Bokko?" When I asked, “Hmm.... a little?” There is no set number for a puffy nose, and if it looks like that, it is called a puffy nose (this is also acknowledged).
-The skin at the tip of the nose is hard. Therefore, you will not appear thin like a celebrity. It's okay because I want a round nose tip anyway.
-Scheduled to use nasal septal cartilage. However, due to the nature of the nose, the amount is small, so there is more than half of the chance of having to use ear cartilage as well.
4) Slightly crooked nose
-A fact I didn’t even know...! It's low right now so it's not noticeable, but if you raise it higher it will be more noticeable.
-But other people don't look at other people's noses that closely, and if you don't care, there's no need to do it.
-In addition, even if corrected, only about 70% of the correction is possible.
5) Other diagnosis
-Slightly protruding mouth (I don’t mind this)
-If you match it with your forehead, it will become your avatar.
-It's a difficult nose for the first move... so the surgery time is expected to be about 2 hours. Still, it is incomparably easier with revision surgery.
-Open type, sleep + local anesthesia surgery
3. Cost (excluding VAT): 460, 440 when writing a review
-550 including the white nose (561 including VAT) Wow! I didn't even use my first effort!

4. Vigilance
-1, 2, 7 days, 3 months visit
-AS 3 years. Inflammation and contracture are free, but if you are dissatisfied with the design, there is an additional charge.
