didn't take a separate scan, but was consulted through that CT.
My septum is deviated. A situation where a functional nose is possible due to a
stuffy nose
. According to the consultation I received in 2021,
customized silicone FitmiCo was used for the low nose bridge, and
the tip of the nose was used with donated cartilage and
nasal septum. Filler in the nose was removed and rhinitis surgery was performed for the functional nose.
Consultation with Dr. Seok-ho Yoon:
The nasal septum was used. Since it is curved and can cause congestion on the left side
, it would be good to do it at the same time. It would be easier
if laser treatment of the inferior turbinate area was also performed. It is a small and low nose, but there is no tip and no flesh on the nose, and the ears are small, so they are not made of ear cartilage, and have a slightly hooked beak, and
self-costing. I have a condition where I need to use a donor rib, so I recommended using FitmiCo
and showed that I could make it as best as I could. It seemed like my nostrils were showing more than I thought, so I asked if I
could show a little less of my nostrils here. When I asked about
it, he clearly said
that he would not recommend it because doing so could ruin other proportions or shapes
. Since I have had filler, if I dissolve the filler between the eyebrows first, it will be much lower than
it is now. He recommended that the custom silicone be used to create a natural look between the eyebrows, and that it will look aesthetically more natural if it is much lower than it is now. He
explained that I can check the design in advance in 3D. The consultation with the director was really good, but after that,
the
director kept pushing me to make a decision today, so I was very tired.
