Hospital name: Sky Plastic Surgery (Jeonju)
Consultant: Yoo Seok-geun
Consultation fee: KRW 10,000 I
went to 4 rhinoplasty consultations, and the director's explanation was the longest and most detailed. He
asked me why and how I didn't like my nose, and I felt complex about such and such criteria. He explained that it was there and
drew a picture of how it would change with the surgery and showed me how
it would change with the surgery. I recommended having the nose bridge and tip done, so he said it would cost 3.7 million won. I did
n't like the nose itself, but I was more concerned about the mouth coming out, so I asked about nasolabial angle correction and the answer was no. It was ambiguous, and it
was the only one out of the four that recommended epicanthoplasty.
Name of hospital: Cowell (Gwangju)
Consultant: Seonghyeon Kim
Consultation fee: KRW 10,000
It was the only one among the four that did not take pictures of the nose and said they did not use ear cartilage. I
asked about correction of the nasolabial angle as well. There was no answer to that, and instead they recommended Noble surgery.
The nose bridge and tip cost 3.19 million won. Noble surgery costs 880,000 won together.
Personally, I felt that the consultation was the most insincere.
Hospital name: Ko & Young Clinic (Gwangju)
Consultant: Son Won-sang
Consultation fee: CT fee 2
It felt like a real hospital, perhaps because Director
Won Won
specializes in otolaryngology . Consultation is done in the order of director, doctor, and director. I was so frustrated that I couldn't get an answer about nasolabial angle correction, so I brought up the topic of nasolabial angle to the director first. However, it was because of the facial contouring surgery I had done before
. The doctor said that it may not be possible to correct the nasolabial angle, so he suggested that I take a CT first.
Fortunately, they did not perform contouring surgery in a way that did not affect the nasolabial angle, but said that it was possible to correct it. The
director said that it was not necessary to reduce the nasal bridge, and the director was the only one among the four hospitals that did it. He recommended nose reduction.
The advantage is that he specializes in otolaryngology, so rhinitis surgery can be done at the same time as rhinoplasty. Does
the director feel like a nurse who has worked in the otolaryngology department for a long time, rather than just a plastic surgery consultant? The explanation was medical.
The surgery seemed very safe, but at the same time, I was worried that it might not be a suitable hospital for cosmetic noses. For
reference, the total consultation time, including waiting time, took 2 hours. There were a lot of people...
The cost was 3.8 million won, including nose reduction. Rhinitis Surgery is KRW 900,000
Hospital name: Theco Plastic Surgery (Gwangju)
Consultant: God Deok-ho
Consultation fee: KRW 10,000
I have rhinitis, so I consulted at Co&Young and after making up my mind, this was the last place I went for consultation. The first thing I asked about was
nasolabial angle correction. I saw it, and out of the four places, it was the only place where they showed me before and after photos of nasolabial angle correction. They
said I had contour surgery, but they didn't ask me any questions about it or take a CT. They said I had
a complex about my mouth, so they recommended noble surgery, just like Cowell.
The cost of nose surgery was the cheapest. 240 I thought I had made up my mind after the 10,000 won
consultation, but after reading the reviews, I'm not so sure... If I
get a consultation in Seoul, I wonder if I'll feel any difference from fat.... I
want to have the surgery quickly, but I'm worried because I can't go back. It's gone
