only ask for 1mm of silicone here. They said I had to use multiple donor ribs in three places and they're doing a beak-shaped implant on non-prosthetic material and told me to use silicone if it wanted to look smooth, but can't you do a smooth beak..?!! I thought ㅎㅋ
