the director did not explain after looking at the CT.
The director kept emphasizing that there were only one reservation left, and
in the end, the reservation deposit was 10. I put in 10,000 won.
The next day, I asked the director to change the surgery date and cancel the reservation deposit. He said it would take a week, but
when I called again a week later, he suddenly said it would take 3 weeks.
