After the consultation, there was a bit of push for the reservation fee (they were supposed to give 30-40% off on the condition of making a reservation right away, but instead, the reservation fee was 10% of the total amount = 440,000 won), but I just told my parents. You have to talk to him and get permission... He said this in an embarrassing way, so he said they would just set a minimum deposit (100,000) and then reduce it again... - I feel a bit anxious about this part. If I'm really good at it, why are they giving me a discount? I'd rather pay a lot of money and do it when I'm really sure...
