Because the nose is small, there is not much septal cartilage available. If you are interested in the height and shape of your nose, costal cartilage is recommended. (Ear cartilage is more likely to sag.)
The bridge of the nose can be implant-free or can be made with a thin layer of silicone. There is a slight curve, so you can cut the bridge of the nose. (Optional) You can also cut the bone next to the nose to make it slim, but if you're going to put silicone in, you don't have to.
