I had a nose surgery 13 years ago after shaving my beak. The procedure was performed using a very small amount of ear cartilage covered with silicone. Currently, the skin on the bridge of the nose is thin and the silica is visible, and the silica is pressing against the skin and the cartilage in the nose is protruding.
If surgery is to be performed, the surgical method is to remove silicone and proceed with a non-implant material, and then reshape the tip of the nose. It was said that it would be set up as a nasal septum, and since the current condition of the nose bridge is unknown, if it is too uneven or too low, very thin silicone will be inserted for proportion or cosmetic reasons. He also said that the tip of the nose is more important than the bridge of the nose, so he touches the tip of the nose well.
Because the facial asymmetry was severe, it would be difficult to correct that area even with a reoperation.
The director said that he would do his best to adjust it as much as possible. If there was something he didn't know, the director explained in detail what it was and showed me pictures of examples of surgeons who suited the situation and gave me long consultations.
It was okay because they explained things kindly and professionally, but since it was my first visit, I left without making any reservations.
I expected it to be a reoperation, but the cost seemed to be high, not by my standards.
