I went there on a friend's recommendation
so I didn't have to pay the consultation fee. It was my first time going to this hospital and I originally wanted to do only the tip of my nose without prosthetics.
When I said I wanted to do it without prosthetics, they said there would be almost no effect and recommended a 3mm + septum!
The doctor seemed very skilled and said that they had been running the hospital for a really long time. The consultation was also great!!

Really, really, it's a standard for large hospitals.
They said they use ear cartilage instead of
septum. They said my nasal septum is weak so they can't use nasal septum.
They shaved the beak + ear cartilage. It looked like a factory-made
implant,
so I passed. Consultation was 5 minutes

. They said they'll use ear cartilage + silicone^^
They told me to consider nostril tip reduction in the future

When I was consulting with the director, he opened my nose and said that if my nasal septum was abnormal, there was a possibility of using donated ribs.
I asked about the after-sales service and he said that there has never been a patient with side effects at his hospital.

n't use a septum, but used ear cartilage. He said he wouldn't shave the beak for a natural look.
He said he would cut the
nasolabial fold muscle(?) to prevent the tip
of the nose from sagging. I recommend people who don't know much about noses to come here for a consultation. He explained the inside of the nose well.
He said he didn't give discounts for reviews.
I excluded it because I thought the effect would be too minimal..^^

Consultation fee on the same day: 10,000 won.
The director asked me what I wanted to improve.
Then, he looked at each of the things I wanted to improve and decided whether it was possible or not. For example,

said I wanted to fix my arrow nose but that's not possible , and they'll fix my bulbous nose like this, and they'll give me advice like this
(If you're going for a consultation, it would be much more effective if you prepare in detail and accurately what you want to improve about your nose and what shape you want!!)
They put in the silicone themselves. When I said I didn't want to do anything fancy, they said they wanted something natural.
They recommended 4mm, saying that the amount of silicone in advance wasn't important.
They said I'd be able to have a pig nose after the surgery. They said they'd
wake me up before the surgery was over to show me what it looked like. (ㄷㄷ)
