the director recommended epicanthoplasty and buried double eyelid surgery, which means I don’t need an epicanthoplasty, and incision-free double eyelid surgery.
He explained the possible surgeries for my eyes in detail and
seemed to accommodate my needs to the fullest extent possible.

There is no anesthesiologist here, so general anesthesia + local anesthesia was used.
