Should I say... the part that supports glasses! And of course, he said that using silicone would make me look much prettier and more feminine. So when I asked if it wouldn't be okay to do the beak osteotomy and just the tip of the nose with the septal cartilage, he said that the shape would look bumpy and not pretty. He didn't recommend a back slit or a bottom slit. When I originally consulted with the director, he said that my nose was too cute and pretty so I didn't need it, and that the eyes didn't have to be done either, and if I had to do something, it would be a forehead augmentation. My friend was also recommended to get forehead augmentation. And since I really wanted to get my nose done, he suggested that I use my own dermis and cartilage to make it look natural. But after the director looked at my nose, he said that I wouldn't be able to see a big and pretty result that way... Anyway, as expected, I ended up paying more for the osteotomy than my friend.
