I have a lot of double wrinkles on my eyelids. My right eye has one dark wrinkle that looks like a double eyelid, but my left eye is especially severe and only has several shallow wrinkles.

I imagined a luxurious hospital, but I was surprised to find that it was a hospital in a building that was older than I expected and only occupied one floor.
First of all, he said that an incision was absolutely necessary, and
suggested that we proceed with eyelid fat relocation.
He said that if there is too little fat even after repositioning, there is a possibility of reoperation with fat grafting only.
I looked at a photo of someone who had the same surgery and procedure, and although the eyelids were neater, the double eyelid (out) curve was not pretty, so I was a little hesitant.
Cost is 150 for incision + 30 for fat relocation (+10% VAT)
If you give a discount under the conditions of writing a review, it is 100+20 (+10% VAT), which is the cheapest among the four places.

The consultation center and surgery center were separate, and it was a clean and spacious facility.
When I was filling out the chart, it said that CCTV in the operating room would also be recorded.
The before and after photos all looked good (maybe not the director in charge of me), but
when I saw the director, he was very friendly and
recommended semi-out for the double eyelid line I wanted, so it seemed like I could select options(?) in detail, but
in reality, the director was very friendly. ㅊㅎ After receiving counseling from the director, I felt a little different.
First of all, they will make a double eyelid for the left eye based on the dark wrinkles on the right eye, but based on the original wrinkles of the eyes, the doctor said that there is a high possibility that the right eye will be in and the left eye will be out.
However, after listening to this point, I thought it would be a bit disappointing to hear that you are giving your opinion based on the shape of your eyes, but then you added that Suzy has an even double eyelid line, but no one would say she is not pretty... I guess I should pay money to get surgery. From a human's perspective, it would be natural to want to make both sides symmetrical... haha. He
said he plans to solve fine wrinkles above the double eyelids by relocating fat, and fine wrinkles below the double eyelids by deepening the double eyelids and pulling the skin.
He said from the beginning that it would be a difficult surgery, and although he didn't seem to say anything he was unsure about, it seemed like he wasn't sure how the surgery would look and left a lot to be left to the natural eye shape.
Finally, after completing the consultation, I was informed of the cost by the manager. What was surprising was that he suddenly said that I needed to add eye correction because I couldn't see all of my eyes, and called for double incision surgery of 168 and eye correction of 110 (including VAT). He said that if you make a reservation on the same day, you can get a discount of up to 198

When I told him that I could see all the pupils when I opened my eyes, he put his hand on my eyebrows and told me to open my eyes, and he said that I was raising my eyebrows to open my eyes. I swear to you that my eyebrows are the same height when I close them and when I open them. Afterwards, I was recommended eye correction at other hospitals, but the director directly explained that it was to remove wrinkles everywhere. It's not like I suddenly hear this from the manager.
I thought that if I wanted to do it here, I would need to get advice from another director.

The director in charge of the eyes here is a woman.
The manager also seemed to have a certain age and force...
The consultation atmosphere was meticulous, comfortable, and the best.
She said I wanted to keep it as simple as possible here, and
she also suggested the only non-incision method.
However, he asked me to consider a maintenance period of about 10 years for non-incision. I am in my early 30s, and he said that if I were older, I would have gone for an incision.
First of all, rhinoplasty is an option now, so I've been doing well with rhinoplasty for 10 years haha. When I get to my late 30s, my eyelids will become even more saggy than now, so the effectiveness of the surgery will decrease a lot, so then I'll think about reoperation and additional fat grafting. He said it wouldn't be that bad.
Director Lee thought fat grafting was the key point for me. When I heard that another hospital had proposed redistribution, they said that there was a high possibility that there would not be enough fat for redistribution because there was so little fat in my eyes.
He also said that the lack of fat can be covered to some extent through eye correction surgery, and as a result, he suggested three plans.
① Non-incision + eye correction
② Non-incision + eye correction + injection fat grafting
③ Incision + eye correction + armpit fat (lump) transplant
He said that the third incision plan was the one that did not resolve clearly and had a higher rate of fat engraftment.
I was informed that the cost was 150% for non-incision, 250% for incision, and 80% for fat grafting (all excluding VAT), and I was told that it was

This place had the longest waiting time and the shortest time seeing the doctor. It took over an hour to apply and see the director.
I heard it was a big and popular place, but the number of people waiting was actually much larger than the three places I went to.
Like any other plastic surgery clinic, the director first gave me a short consultation, and
I was taken aback when he told me to keep my nose the same even though I wasn't interested in anything other than double eyelids. He
also said that eye correction is essential because my eyelashes are slightly covering my pupils (no, I don't have natural eyelashes). It's not like it's poking your eyes, but it's just pointing downward, which is normal. I have no complaints...)
Anyway, the director I saw was Dr. Min Kang, and
he also said that I needed to do incision eye correction. This is to separate the areas that are already forming wrinkles on the eyelids from the muscles and leave only a single line of double eyelids that you want to create.
He also said that he would need to do additional fat grafting, so in the end, he came up with a plan called incision eye correction + fat grafting.
Director Lee conducted the consultation very quickly, feeling more like a diagnosis than a suggestion, and I felt confident that this method was the best.
Maybe that's why I couldn't even think of asking about another plan. I guess I felt overwhelmed by the force. The
atmosphere of the director's consultation itself wasn't bad, but for some reason, I had the impression that the entire hospital was conducting business in a somewhat burdensome manner. The director also emphasized that surgery should be performed as quickly as possible.
I was informed that the regular cost was 300 won, or 260 won for same-day reservations.
Both costs are subject to the conditions of writing an app review and permission to use before and after photos for 5 years.
As I gave off a hint that I would think about it more rather than making a reservation right away, the manager looked a little upset and asked if it would be better to make a reservation today.

Since double eyelids do not exist at all, I thought it could be done with a simple rhinoplasty incision and a little fat grafting, but when I went on a hospital tour, all the doctors said it was not an easy surgery. It seems like the cost will be more than expected...
It's still difficult to decide where and what kind of surgery I will have, but I wrote it down in the hope that it will be helpful to those who share the same concerns as me.
