Of all the places I've been to, the counseling director was the kindest.

Because the skin is thick, it will be difficult to get rid of the nose after surgery.
I received a consultation for a functional nose, but was told by the doctor that surgery would not be necessary. The consultation director recommended a functional nose surgery several times.
