It takes a while because I saw a comment saying the reviews were good, but there are actually very few surgery reviews on Sungyesa (I looked at all the premium reviews, but there weren't many to begin with, so it wasn't really helpful). On the Gangnam Unni app, the lines were much deeper than I liked (I think it's because of the swelling). It's hard to judge, and in the end, you have to try dual wielding to find out!!
