After briefly consulting with the director about the area I wanted to have surgery on, the director proceeded with the consultation. He also took a separate photo of my face. He

He showed me before and after photos of people with noses similar to mine and explained the surgery method. He said he was good at stopping the bleeding during the surgery so no cotton was used. I recently had it done
