By the way, seeing as they recommend 3mm here, I guess my nose is quite low.
However, hearing “4.5 must be included” and “no more than 3” makes me think about what kind of nose I want.
Did you want a natural improvement in ‘my very low nose’? Or did they want a ‘nose of a height that is considered natural on average’?
There is no right answer between the two, but you should think about it carefully.>
