Both ear cartilages are used and the nasal septum is not used so it is ready for use.
Usually, because it is a reoperation, they recommend an autologous rib at the tip of the nose, but in some places they also recommend a donor rib.
I personally do not prefer the donor rib because it can become inflamed.
One place recommended nose tip surgery by reusing the nasal septum and ear cartilage from my nose.
Some places recommended that the bridge of the nose be mostly made of silicone or that the silicone be removed.
I'm really worried because each hospital recommends different methods...
