1. There was some waiting time for

consultation. I wasn't sure if the managers were friendly;
Fortunately, the director was very attentive.
2.
I received a consultation exactly on time for the dress reservation time, with almost no waiting time. Here too, the director was very kind. It's okay because it checks your skin type. The managers are generally friendly.
The managers don't mean much anyway, but the managers of both places look after me thoroughly, so I'm wondering which is better??
