Hello again, Yessas~! I'm trying to get my first nose job during summer vacation!
I've received consultations at KS, KB, CH, and MM.com up until last week. If you see more of my posts, you'll see them. ๑‾̀◡‾́
ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ was my last consultation! I've currently made an appointment for a re-consultation at ㅊㄷㅊ.
I hastily made a deposit for ㅁㅇㄷ and received a 90% refund (they said they wouldn't do it during the consultation, but they did when I asked),
and for now, I've narrowed my choices down to ㅊㄷㅊ and ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ.
I read Yessas' reviews and organized them in detail, and I hope they'll help Yessas as much as they helped me, so I'm leaving this here!
◆ My problems
- Bulbous nose (round and blunt) when viewed from the front, visible nostrils, flared nostrils, deep nostril valley
- My skin seems thick
- Blunt nose tip when viewed from the side
- No columella (sunken)
◆ Desired surgical method
- I don't want to touch the bridge of my nose, but I want to change the shape of the tip, columella, and nostrils!
- Willing to use donated rib silicone ↓
- Willing to use autologous rib ○
- I want to make it because I don't have a columella, but I prefer a short nose and my philtrum isn't that short, so I'm worried
- I'm also considering nostril reduction (I'm not sure about scars)

The exterior of the hospital gave off the feeling of being an 8-year-old hospital. It was clean and quiet. The building itself was like a ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ tower? so it was new...
It went in the order of chart writing - brief consultation with the director - consultation with the director - consultation with the director.
It was nice that the plastic surgery specialist's license was displayed in a visible location in the consultation room. And there were letters left by patients?
The director was warm and kind. I was a little embarrassed because he used polite language, but ㅋㅋㅋ he talked to me like he was talking to his daughter, so I didn't feel bad.
There was no one else waiting but me, but the wait time was over an hour... I think there was a mistake in the reservation, but the director said that the patients ahead of me had been delayed and that I would have to wait. He apologized, but ㅜㅜ I think I waited a little too long.
They also gave me iced coffee while I was waiting, and the directors were very kind (among all the hospitals I've been to).
Consultation fee was 10,000 won, and there was no pressure to deposit.

. I hope he didn't do the bridge of my nose, he'll focus on the bottom of my nose. I need to improve my flat nose. You said you wanted to lower the columella, but it doesn’t seem necessary. It would be better to create a natural nasolabial angle. If you need nostril reduction, it would be good to do it during or after the surgery.
- Surgical method, materials
① Nose tip: Use ear cartilage
Q. I have a piercing on the inside of my ear. Is there any problem using ear cartilage?
A. No. (Showing me your own ear) We will use the cartilage on that side for the surgery.
② Nose tip cartilage tying: We plan to cut the inside of the nostril cartilage and tie it
③ Nasal angle: Dermis, use donated dermis
Q. Is there a difference between autologous dermis and donated dermis?
A. No. Donated dermis becomes like autologous dermis when placed in the body. Fat can be added to autologous dermis when it is harvested. There is a difference in volume, but since it will go in a little, we will use donated dermis.
④ Nose wing reduction: External incision, surgery will be focused on changing the angle of the nostril rather than reducing the width of the nostril.
- Anesthesia method:
General anesthesia followed by local anesthesia. The surgery will be performed while awake.
Q. Will there be a resident anesthesiologist?
A. [Director] No. The director will do everything.
- Notice on limitations and side effects
Q. I think I’ve seen many reviews saying that the tip of the nose cartilage comes loose after the surgery.
A. The inside of the alar cartilage will be cut diagonally (in the shape of \ /) and then glued together. Since the wound will be glued together, it will not come loose as the flesh will heal.
Q. If the nostrils are reduced using an external incision, won’t there be a lot of scarring?
A. The patient has a very deep and dark nostril line. The scar usually remains in a similar shape to the original nostril line. Even if the scar disappears, the original line will not be much different from now.
Q. I heard that my nose is prone to becoming crooked after nostril reduction. Is it okay for surgery?
A. Since we will focus on changing the angle rather than narrowing the width of the nostrils, the surgery will not be extensive. You do not need to worry about it looking crooked.

I definitely wanted a frontal improvement (especially the sunken columella), but
I explained it to her and she said she doesn't want to touch the columella in particular...
I'm not sure if the surgery will be done the way she wants. ㅜㅜ
I'm worried because I like the common style that I see in the surgery reviews. I think it's good that the director has a lot of experience in surgery.
