Does the director's consultation style match mine? He explained things very clearly. It didn't seem rushed at all or made me feel like I wanted to get out quickly. Should I
ask the director to cut or fill in the parts that the hospital said needed or would be good to fix about my nose? I asked, but they told me that I didn't have to match it to my face. I liked that there wasn't anything overly recommended.
Other hospitals unconditionally recommended autologous or donated costal cartilage (my nasal septum is small), but they said they would do it with ears + nasal septum lol. I said I wanted to use autologous ribs (because I was worried about sagging and wanted to maintain the shape clearly), but the cost was definitely high because he was the main director and he was using autologous ribs
. But I'm thinking about surgery

here was very kind and thorough in his explanations, and didn't recommend anything too much!
The doctor carefully feels the nose, looks at the CT scan, checks that the nasal septum is small, and asks the doctor if it is okay to use an autologous rib.
Please check whether there is any objection to using implants, and check the nasolabial angle while checking the facial line.
The price is similar, but lower!
As a result, the two hospitals over there are worried!
