There is only one thing that impresses Director Seo of Period Plastic Surgery, and I will talk about it.
Before I had three revision surgeries, I wonder how many times I tried double-handed lines.
Probably back then, just like now, I would have thought about it on my own for several days and the doctors would have drawn the lines, and
I would have made the incision with the line that best suited my face.
The last surgery was 6 years ago. I'm currently in my late 30s and have had filler in my forehead and it has melted away, so my overall facial elasticity
is very poor. My double eyelids are much less visible than in the beginning and the lines have become faint, so I am drawing them thicker with eyeliner.
I wanted my eyes to be bigger than they are now, but Director Seo drew the line a few times and said that
my current line is not low at all (in fact, it's not low. But my line got smaller as I got older) and
that it wouldn't look good if I made it higher than that. You did it. It was said that the surgery was done according to the line that best suited my face at the time...
In fact, when I raised it 1mm and tried again, it felt awkward...
The height at the time of the last surgery was set to the maximum height that best suited my face.
So the solution was to redraw the center with the existing line, but raise only the front and ends a little.
There was a lot of flesh on the front line.
It was the least burdensome method for both patients and doctors. I'm also old, but if I fail again... I'll really want to die.
Come to think of it, I would have chosen the height that suited me the most during my last surgery, but it would have been awkward if I had raised it any higher... Aging
is the reason my double palms have become smaller. I didn't want to do skin excision, and they sensed that I was sensitive and didn't even suggest it.
I tried raising it by 1mm at other hospitals, but the line was thick and very awkward. I thought to myself, “This is a famous hospital for reoperations, so why are they setting the line like this?” But now that I think about it, I think the director also raised it by about 1 mm. The director just accepted my opinion that I wanted my eyes to get bigger and made it that way, but Director Seo said it would be awkward...
Oh, and after the full incision (plus fat grafting) surgery, I got surgery on my left eye. It looked like a small lump...
The doctor said it looked like the fat graft had calcified.
When I asked if it was okay not to remove it, I guess they decided that buying it wouldn't be a big problem. If you do it, they say you'll just bury it.
They probably thought it wasn't a problem enough to open it up and remove it with a full incision...
But another hospital said it needed to be removed with a full incision. It seems like there's a hard part stuck to the line...
I need to figure out what this limescale thing is and solve it.
I’m confused about this part too. There is no need to make the line thick here, so should I open it with a complete incision...
Or should I just give up on removing the hard part and bury it...
Anyway, the conclusion is that the director likes a natural style and
the surgical approach is very conservative. He said, (recommends burial)
and seemed like a very warm person.
I organized several review photos in Excel and looked at them at each hospital, and
the lines were very natural and, um, there was a lot of a sense of inner pairing ;;
If I do it here, I don't think it will be prettier, but it won't be ruined.
Finally, I plan to go to one more place and make a decision.
If I don't like that hospital, I guess I'll do it here.
