3 places for nose surgery (first surgery)

I went to ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, ㅇㅇ. Originally, there was also ㄷㄴ, but I left it out due to lack of time, so I wrote it down later so as not to forget it. A. ㄹㅂㄹ I did the correction of the nose + silicone + photos of the donor rib + CT first, waited for about 8 minutes, and then started the consultation. After the director first figured out the nose style I wanted (so it only lasted a few minutes), I consulted with the director and he thought I had a slightly crooked nose, so he shaded each side of my nose differently every day. I asked him about that, and he said that, as I said, it felt very slightly bent, but it wasn't a nose that would go into osteotomy. Is it possible to cover the nose bridge sufficiently with silicone? I guess this is what it means. During the consultation, I felt like they liked surgery that showed a clear before and after difference. First of all, I want to see the limit in my nose. How many mm of silicone can I put in? I asked, and they showed me a picture of the nose on paper, and what was the mood based on the height of the bridge of the nose? shape? Everything was explained to me. Rather than making my facial features too flashy, I thought it would be more ideal to raise the bridge of my nose a little more and raise the tip of my nose further. He said that correction of the nose was more necessary than that of a crooked nose, and that the nasal septum was insufficient, so costal cartilage should be used to support the bridge of the nose. I asked if I had ever thought about using a donated rib or an autologous rib. When I said I didn't know the difference between the two, the director explained the materials for the nose as if giving a lecture. After hearing the explanation of the cost with the director, I wondered what style of surgery the director would use. Even after the surgery, he personally checks all the progress and takes responsibility until the end~ Well, he appealed to me with words like this, and I felt like I came out of the first consultation quite well. B. ㅍㄹㅇㅂ Double nose correction + silicone + donated rib + osteotomy. Here too, I took pictures + CT and talked with the director about the nose material. He asked me whether I wanted to do a donated rib or an autologous rib, so I just said I wasn't sure, but the director said it was my first surgery. He said he recommended donating it. It took some time to meet the director, but the staff were all friendly, so I didn't feel bad or anything. The director used a cotton swab to line the nose and said the goal was to create a thin and smooth line by correcting the bridge of the nose and the nose. But I don't have a crooked nose, but I have a hooked nose and need an osteotomy. At Hospital A, I asked if it was necessary because I had never heard of it before. They re-tightened the bridge of my nose with a cotton swab and said that there was a big difference between a smooth and non-smooth nose bridge, and that it was absolutely necessary from a design point of view. The manager explained the cost and told me not only about the cost of donated ribs but also the cost of my own ribs, so I didn't have to decide right away and told me to think about it more at home. He appealed that since this place originally specialized in revision surgery, they could do a better job for people like me who were having their first surgery. C. ㅇㅇ I had a double nose correction + silicone + autologous CT scan. I was a little tired because I spent a lot of time waiting here, but I was able to keep waiting because it was my last consultation. After a short consultation with the director, I met the director right away, and I felt that the director clearly liked raising his nose more than just wanting to sleep. It wasn't so hooked that it broke my bones. I suggested raising the height of the silicone higher than I expected, thinking that this would be enough to raise the bridge of the nose and cover it to some extent. Since I couldn't just raise the bridge of the nose, I decided to straighten the tip of the nose as well. The bridge of my nose was higher than I expected, so I asked if my skin would show through, but I was told that wouldn't be the case because my skin isn't thin and it was my first surgery. And the director here recommended using self-made ribs. When he explained why autologous ribs would be used most often during reoperations, I thought, well, this is my first surgery, but I thought the director would know better than me, so I listened to the whole story. The manager explained the price, but since it was self-funded, the cost went up significantly. Honestly, I liked the way it was maintained and I heard it was a famous hospital, so I didn't have any major complaints, but if I had to ask, I was more attracted to hospitals A and B, so I didn't pay a reservation deposit. After going to Balpum, I started to respect the people who go to more than five places a day. Good luck to everyone .
