In 22, I had my nose cartilage ligation done at DTM and liked it, so I went back in 23 to get my beak trimmed, but they said osteotomy and that I absolutely had to use Mediderm, so they suggested a surgical method that was a bit different from the ideal I had been hoping for, so I postponed the surgery. I had a direct consultation with the director for about 5 minutes, and I think the head of the consultation room wasted 30 minutes by pressuring me about the surgery schedule and deposit.
