Melting the filler

If you've ever had an injection that dissolves filler... Is it just me? It hurts so much ㅠㅠ I put some solution to dissolve it, but my tears are coming out ㅠㅜㅜ It's hard to get a filler and it's hard to dissolve it ㅜㅜ I don't think it's easy to fill it like this ㅠㅠ
