I went to #Bellevue Clinic in Gangnam Station today and I'm writing this because it was the worst experience I've had.
I've been going there for about 3 years and this time I made a reservation for the 4th time after paying for a 5-session laser package. I
sent a KakaoTalk message asking if I could make a reservation for 4 o'clock today, and they said yes and that the reservation was complete, so I went by myself. There was a lot of traffic so it took over an hour. Then, at 4 o'clock, the manager called me and asked when I would be able to come and said that the consultation would take a long time and what else would it take. I told them that I didn't need any consultation and that they just needed laser, and they understood. They were really annoyed with the whole conversation.
When I arrived and went up, they had a really annoyed expression and asked if I had made a payment.
"Yes, I made a payment at the hospital." (They were annoyed without even looking at the system properly.)
So they said "Oh, laser isn't possible right now, you made a reservation for botox"...
'Huh? When I said "When did you make a botox appointment?", she asked
how he knew,
so I showed her my KakaoTalk message and she only sent me a text saying "Can I make a reservation
?" But she still said it couldn't be made.
And when I said I was late
, I was late because of traffic, I wasn't late on purpose and there was no one at the hospital
, but the manager said "That's your personal matter, not mine. I get off work at 5"!!!
Wow.. This is ridiculous. So I said "I'm sorry, but can I speak to a more polite employee?"
"No. He said, "I'm the best."
He said he would cancel and get a refund for the remaining 2 laser sessions, but he said there was no refund, except for the cancellation fee
. Do I have to listen to that kind of thing from the employee after paying 700,000 won? What is that employee, who is rude and disrespectful to the customers? Bellevue hardly has any customers, so now I know why.
"I've been coming here for several years and I liked all the employees and the director, but this is the first time I've seen something like that."
The manager said, "I've been working here for several years too." So what should I do? I'm the worst employee here, so I don't think I should brag about it. So
today I asked if he really couldn't do laser, even though it didn't take long. He said
he could, but he couldn't do mask packs enough.
Then he said, "It's okay, you guy. He didn't
do it. He was polite from the beginning and said, "Is it okay?" He made me feel bad, but he ended up doing the procedure. I've been to a lot of dermatologists, but this is the first time I've seen such an unprofessional and ridiculous employee! If we keep having such an employee, we're going to fail.
This time, I'm getting my last #laser and I won't go to bed again.
I paid my own money and I'm going to hear that kind of thing. Without thinking, you guys also #notrecommend!
