I get it regularly, but at first it swelled so much that I wondered if I could live a normal life, like a retriever who got stung by a bee. But once the swelling went down, it stuck well, and it was on a whole other level than Olligiona Shrink. It definitely lasts a long time, and I definitely like the feeling of it sticking to my bones.
