One of the things I manage consistently is calf botox, which I get every 6 months to a year as a preventive measure before the formation of freckles!! I really recommend it!! It seems to be the most cost-effective way to shape your leg line. If you get it before freckles start to form, it will prevent muscle formation.

I've been using it so much that I've become used to it now and I don't feel any discomfort at all. It'll be sore when it hits you.

Do you have any pictures? I'm so curious! Is it uncomfortable when you do home training or pilates? I'm also curious about what type of botox you got.

I don't like getting lumps on my legs, so I don't do home training and I don't do anything that puts a strain on my calves, so I don't know if it's harmful. I think the cheap type of botox is just right.
