It's been a while since I last did it, so I don't remember exactly how long it was, but it seems like it's been quite a while. The first time's effect was dramatic, and the 2nd and 3rd times were also good. I have fat cheeks and a thin bone structure, so they say In Mode is the type that suits me well. Personally, I got the best results in the order of Tune > In Mode > Liftera.
