There's absolutely no way the nose filler won't spread. I have a small nose and a thin nose bridge, so it doesn't look that much like an avatar, but it really does spread... This time, I'm just melting it for the first time in 4 years, so it might disappear cleanly.

Hmm.. The maintenance period of the nose filler when it is at its best is very short, and after that it continues to spread.. To be honest, it is not easy to dissolve it and reapply it periodically, right..? Unless you have no intention of getting a nose surgery, I think it would be better not to get fillers.
