I've only had PDT laser treatment, but I didn't see any results, and I haven't seen anyone around me see any results, so I personally don't recommend it.
Some people say it went away completely after 5 sessions,
but instead they say it recurs -_-;

PDT is said to be an alternative treatment for people such as pregnant women who cannot take acne medication.
