I did it 4-5 times with full face in-mode fx. Actually, I have a lot of facial fat, so I'm not sure if it's dramatic, but I think the volume of my face has definitely decreased. There was little to no pain when doing it. If you have thin skin and don't have a lot of fat, you'll be in a lot of pain. If you have a lot of face fat compared to your body, I recommend you to only receive fx.
