I received both LDM and triple LDM. First of all, I'm not sure about the effectiveness of the 12-minute LDM. It ends with something warm. I think it would be better to just use that money to provide home care several times. I tried the 24-minute triple LDM and it seemed to have some effect. After a few days, my skin felt clearer. But as you know, it's temporary. It is recommended for people with good skin to regularly receive skin care tea without irritation.
