Anyone who has had Artecoll filler

I get filler for my chin every year, but the filler seems to fall out often, so I'm thinking of getting an Artecoll filler, but I wonder if it'll be okay . I'm told it won't fall out for 10 years and will stay in the same spot, but I can't believe it... I think it would be better to get filler in terms of safety and appearance, but it keeps going. I don't think it would be worth the time or money to travel, so which is better?

If you want to remove it, you have to have surgery. Dissolving injections won't do it. Semi-permanent filler is not an option.
